PROCESSING TIME

-Processing time ranges up to 10 business days since everything is made to order. Please plan accordingly for any special occasions, gifts, holidays, etc. 

SHIPPING TIME

-You may choose your preferred shipping. 

-Once a package is sent, it is no longer under Simply True Design Co.'s responsibility. If there are any delays, please refer to your tracking number. 

-Simply True Design Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if it is the address you entered. Please make sure to always double-check the address you enter to avoid this mistake. If the address is delivered to the wrong address but you provided the right address, please contact the service it was delivered from for a claim and email me.

HOLIDAYS

-Simply True Design Co. is not responsible for any delays whether it's a holiday or not. If there are delays, please feel free to contact and read the policies of the preferred shipping you chose. As always, please keep in mind of the processing time.
