Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NON-REFUNDABLE
The only exception to this is if I make a mistake on my end with your order. Examples: Wrong item, color, style.
With this exception, your item must be shipped back in the same condition that it was received, must be unused, and in the original packaging. Please make sure to email @simplytruedesignco@gmail.com if this happens. Please make sure to provide proof of purchase and proof of wrong item received.
Once a return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and instructions on what to do next. Please keep in mind that all returns must be approved first. If not approved, a return will not be completed.
Damages and Issues
Once the package is delivered, you have up to 48 hours to inspect your item and notify me of any issues. All issues and damages must be provided with: proof of purchase and proof of issue/damages. After 48 hours of the delivery date, I will no longer accept any issue/damage refunds.
Again, your item(s) must be shipped back in the same condition that it was received, must be unused, and in the original packaging.
